- 1 tsp. chili powder

- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano (I used hot and spicy oregano)
- 2 packets sazon goya (“con culantro y achiote” seasoning, coriander and annatto, find it in Latin or Mexican section of your grocery store)

Flavor was delicious. I'lladd more liquid next time. Some of the rice was a little crunchy and the rice in the middle was moosh. Could have been because of my instant pot. I'm tryingg to like it but it isn't wowing me. Guess I'll stick to my old crock pot.
