Very easy and awesome taste. Watch the chops though! At 4 hours on low mine were falling apart tender and they were 1” thick bone-in. Will definitely make again!

Pretty good & fairly simple, but didn’t necessarily blow me away, even with adding extra & more seasonings. Family really liked it though & said would eat again

It was a hit. Everyone loved it and asked me to make it again. Very moist and tender. Won’t make pork any other way.

This is a good simple weeknight dinner. I thickened my sauce up a bit and it was great. My toddler usually doesn't enjoy meat, but he ate this up with no issue!

This turned out really well. I worked 12 hours the day I made this, so I left this on low for 8 hours and then it sat on warm until I got home. It still was delicious but did get a little dry from sitting for so long. Delicious, though!

Thus was awesome! Picky husband loved it!!! Doubled the mushrooms, 1/2 water, 1/2 whipping cream and made in skillet instead of crock pot given wanted a quick meal and already had a dirty dish since I browned the pork chops. Served with egg noodles. Easy, quick and delicious

Made this cause my family loves pork chops, it was fabulous! They love it and it has become a staple in my monthly dinner menu. It melts in your mouth and the flavors are yummy. I also increase the amount of mushrooms and brown them really well. I can’t wait to make it for company!

This was amazingly delicious. We have a long work day, so I was a little concerned the meat might be dry or tough being in the crockpot for 10 hours. It was actually incredibly tender, moist and fall off the bone (literally). I quickly browned the bone-in pork chops with a little salt and pepper the night before & stored in the fridge overnight, including the product of the deglazing. After shredding (effortlessly, the meat was that tender) I added this back into thr gravy and served over egg noodles. We both were actually full before we were ready to stop eating! The gravy is rich and very tasty as well. It tasted as though much more work was required. This is for sure a repeat for through the week dinner.

Really good! I only added a 1/4 cup of water and it turned out perfectly. I also couldn't find pork gravy so we used onion... sooo good! Will make again!

I really enjoyed this and how easy it was. I used a little less sour cream just because we prefer it that way.

Great flavor and so easy agree browning the chops is key also used a bit more sour cream to thicken up the sauce (big chops yielded more juice) will do this again

Really great recipe! Wanted to try something different, when making pork chops. This really comes out well. Making sure to brown them before cooking makes them really good, highly recommend.

This is a very good recipe. I cooked thick cut pork chops at 4 1/2 hours on low. I seasoned the pork chops before I browned them and it came out very good. I'll be cooking this again.

Pretty good! Husband loved it. Tasted it about 30 minutes before it was ready and decided it needed some salt ended up coming out a little on the salty side (but still good). Won’t tweak the recipe next time. Served with Mac n cheese and broccoli, would make it again.

Great recipe! I added pre cooked spatzle into the sauce for a true German style dish
