    Phenomenal! This was incredibly easy and the taste was amazing. Unfortunately, it hadn't finished cooking by the time we were ready to make dinner (after 9 1/2 hours - used BI pork butt a little on the large size at 6 1/2 lbs.) so we let it continue for another hour or so. Ended up freezing half and storing half in the fridge overnight. Took it it out of the fridge tonight, put it in the pan to heat it up and brown it like the author recommended, and it turned out amazing. Will definitely be doing this one again. Definitely recommended it.

    I have made these several times and it is a wonderful recipe. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

    Fantastic a favorite of mine because it pairs with any additional sauce you put in it we enjoyed having it on tacos and quesadillas
