Easy and delicious! Maybe add a little less liquid, although I only cooked it for 5 hours. Served over garlic mashed cauliflower.

Made this in the oven instead of slow cooker and was delicious, no need to thicken the sauce either

Amazing dish and so easy. Once the stew was ready I thickened it in a pan with some cream. Delicious

SO TASTY! I used rosemary and sage as I didn’t have any thyme, and added lots of cornflour at the end to thicken it up. Definitely making this one again 😀

Was really yummy! Made it in a pressure cooker rather than a slow cooker and worked really well still. Added some corn flour as suggested in other comments which helped.

This was ok, but the pork ended up dry, As per other reviews I also had to thicken with cornflour. I found thyme quantity too much.

Made this and thickened with thickening granules. Easy and popular with mash and green beans. One to make again.

was really nice and comforting meal so good with Mashed potatoes did thicken the juice with cornflour to make a thicker gravy and Added some caramelized apple rings
