The pineapple definitely sweetens this mexi dish up.. but i didnt think it was an overwhelming "sweet". You can choose to eat this by itself, or you can put it in a tortilla shell, or a taco bowl, or even just eat it like a dip with tortilla chips. We've tried each way and found pairing it with something crunchy and/or salty is pretty tasty. Will make again!!
