- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 3 pieces each)
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (from about 3 large oranges, divided)
- 3 oranges (large, divided)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup stir fry sauce (Trader Joe's General Tsao, or substitute hoisin sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 cup red onion (chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- sliced green onions
- sesame seeds
- orange slices (fresh)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- chile pepper
- 2 cups fresh vegetables (thinly sliced, I like to use a combination of carrots, red bell pepper, and red onion, plus a little bit of minced Fresno chile pepper)
