This recipe is perfect and I love it! I generally mix everything together and skip the arugula.

so good! love the addition of the yogurt, substitited baby kale for arugula which was delicious

Great meal! I substituted couscous for quinoa and a can of diced tomatoes rather than the tomato sauce.

Turned out to be a great fulfilling vegetarian meal. The coconut yogurt gives this dish an interesting kick.
