Delicious! It makes a large amount of soup. If making for just a few people, I would half it. I added 1/2 lb. of cooked ground beef to add some protein and used beef broth.

Very good soup!! I didn't have zucchini, so I added a can of green beans.. Easy to make, tasty soup. Will definitely make it again
