- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend (or shredded cheese of choice)
- 1/2 yellow onion (or white, chopped)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh is best)
- 1 pinch salt

Very good but need some time of salsa. Tried to skip that part. I also used non frozen mango and I don't think I had enough but it still tasted alright.
