    The most disgusting meal I have ever made. I wish I was exaggerating but I’m not. Mushy pasta and that was after 3 hours. Also extremely dry. Just awful

    I cut the recipe in half and it only needed to go for 2.5 hours. The recipe was overall very delicious and simple! I made a couple of mods by adding 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and 1/8 of cayenne - also used a spicy buffalo cheddar. It came out so good and will probably make again!

    I love that you put the pasta in uncooked, and also that this recipe doesn't call for condensed soup or evaporated milk! Very thick, rich, and cheesy. We ate it after 3 hours (we were hungry!) so it didn't have a lot of "crispy bits", but still delicious. We added the extra seasonings of garlic powder and paprika, just a sprinkle of each. Will definitely make again.

    I'm giving 3 stars because I think it could be better if cooking time is carefully watched. By following timing directions mine ended up too thick and clumpy but there was point when I checked and stirred that the consistency was perfect.
