- 6 lamb shanks
- 2 onions (medium, chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 orange
- 3 sprigs rosemary leaves (fresh, removed and chopped)
- green beans

Directions
- Trim excess fat from the lamb shanks
- Place the onions and garlic in a slow cooker bowl. Put flour in a plastic bag with the lamb shanks, shake to completely coat the shanks and then place shanks in the cooker on top of the onions and garlic. Sprinkle any leftover flour over the top.
- Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly, then spoon this over the shanks in the cooker.
- Place lid on and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 9-10 hours. Serve with green beans and mashed potatoes.
