    Excellent!! My first attempt at Korean cooking. I made about 4lbs of cubed chuck and it took almost 5 hours in the crock. Doubled the marinade. Only used a teaspoon of siracha. Didn’t taste the heat at all which was good for the kids. Green onion is a must too!!

    Pretty good, made for the family that hadden't tried that much asian food, they liked it a lot.
