- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (dry)
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice (reserved)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 10 oz. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice (the reserved)
- 1/2 tsp. chile pepper (Chipotle, dried, sub Cayenne if necessary)
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
