- 1 green pepper (large, diced, about 1½ cups)

- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 stalks celery (diced, about 1 cup)
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 lb. kielbasa (diced, about 3 cups)
- 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken thigh (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
