My husband loved it and he is hard to please when it comes to roasts. Great flavor and the juice makes a yummy dipping sauce.

Perfect! Tastes just like my childhood! Great for a small taste of Chicago! Make it at least 1 time a month! My hub you likes it with a bit of mozzarella melted on top
