Wow this was amazing! My husband said it's one of the best things I've ever cooked. The beef was crazy tender and the veggies were cooked well and not mushy. The broth had great flavor and I didn't make any additions. I did add a little corn starch to thicken it. I can't wait to eat the leftovers!
