It came out okay. The chicken was a bit dry but it got better after I shredded it and let it sit in the juices. I was expecting the liquid to be thicker but it was pretty watery.

Ate it as tacos. The chicken was juicy & full of flavor. A bit hotter than what I️ normally like. The sauce ended up being watery. Tasty, but missing something.

It was great added sweet corn just to have another vegetable. And I am addicted! Love the smell of it.

Turned out hotter than I expected. Added more honey, better, but still had that slow heat of the sriracha. I expected to make burrito bowls so went ahead and added corn and black beans. My teen son liked it. I will make again adding less sriracha and garlic.
