I have made this many times and it always turns out perfect! all of my 5 very picky eaters love it! you can use it on lettuce wraps, on top of salad, in a sandwich with bbq sauce, or rolled up in a tortilla!

I just made this recipe last night and it is really tasty! And so easy to make! I did it as a main meal, but will make it as in a sandwich next time. I find it tastes even just as good as a bbq pulled pork.

Really good. Will be making this again. We pulled it and had it on flour tortillas with coleslaw on top.
