easy and delicious. I added more broth because we like it a little more soupy and I added frozen corn. It mage a large batch so I can freeze some too.

Absolutely love this soup! It’s a hit with my kids and my husband. The only change that I make is that I add a little more chicken broth and a little less cream. We like it a little less thick.

we substituted in ham stock (from boiling the ham bone leftover from Easter.) did not add any salt. Ham stock was just water and a bay leaf. Kids made the Yummy face and told me "You MUST make this again"

Excellent and thickened it with 1/2 cup cornstarch, added 2 tablespoons butter. Very flavorful and nice recipe with leftover baked ham..

Super easy and turned out fantastic!! I did add some celery and carrots for some variety, but certainly not necessary....

Wow, made a huge batch. (which was great)
Easy to make, and tasted wonderful.
I added frozen corn, and finished with some grated cheese.

Super delicious recipe I've never made ham and potato soup and I was really pleased. I cooked it on low for 8 hours. I had to make it dairy free so I used soy milk in place of heavy cream and tofutti dairy free sour cream and I even used wheat flour. I also used veggie broth instead of chicken. I shared this recipe with my sister. My 2 and 3 year olds don't like potatoes but they are this soup. My husband even liked it better without hot sauce (he puts hot sauce on EVERYTHING).
