The idea behind this recipe is good but not knowing what size crock pot was used it was difficult to figure out. My pot was clearly much larger than the author's. I pretty much doubled the amount, but after reading complaints about soggy taters I didn't double the number of eggs. My batch came out dry as a result. I also should've more than doubled the cheese. Bottom line this recipe lacks details for all cooks to make a successful dish. I will try again using tatertots as the inspiration but I think every measurement will have to change.
