    I didn’t have chicken or celery. But good thing about gumbo, as long as you have all the spices any meat or veggies will work

    Came out delicious!! I changed it up a little bit of course and added some Spanish seasonings like cilantro that my family is used to. I also added 1 cup of rice and 4 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of water to make it more like a thick soup and cooked in the quick pot —— soooo good! Yum we will make this again at some point

    next time, need to try no tomatoes paste. kids thought it was a bit tomatoey for a gumbo and i agree. i also added 2 cups chicken broth since there was no liquid base. i had to add more salt as well

    I let it cook for 4 hours on high and then left it on “warm” overnight. I woke up and shredded the chicken thighs using two forks. Gave it one last mix and it was delicious!

    I'm not a seafood eater and had to use prawns and loved it after a few nights of left overs. This one grew on me.

    Not bad but had to add some chicken broth to keep from dryer out
