Great stew. Ginger is a nice touch as it helps with the flavors. Feels more soup than stew to me since it is a bit thin, but delicious none the less. Could probable just add more chickpeas or sweet potato to help with that. Next time

Excellent! I topped it with a bit of hot sauce to spice it up. Will definitely make it again, and it freezes really well.
