it was good, melted in your mouth. my wife finded it too mushy. had it with steamed rice and was good

Turned out great when I made it! Used fresh mushrooms instead of canned. My husband just asked me to make this again for dinner tomorrow.

I am not a big meat fan but after browning the meat and adding it all together I put it in the fridge overnight. then had it in the slow cooker for 8 hours on low and it was delicious. I did add a pack of fresh thyme and that added extra flavor to the dish. Spätzle on the side and it was a definite repeat soon meal.
