- 1/2 Himalayan salt (or part unrefined sea)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (or fresh pressed)

- 2 limes (depending on how juicy they are)

Outstanding. My wife loved it. I could not bare to throw out the wonderfully cook veggies so I place them on the meat with a little of the broth. As we say in my home, it's a keeper.
