- 4 cups cheese tortellini (frozen, or you can use fresh)
- 3 cups spinach (packed, you can definitely add more than this if you want)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream (or 1 cup half and half)

This soup was delicious! I used chicken breast instead of thighs. Soup was nice and creamy. This is the third time I’ve prepared it and there are never any leftovers. Highly recommended recipe.

Turned out pretty good. A little more bland than I’d prefer. Will prob increase the amount of salt/pepper next time

my husband and I absolutely love this soup! Best soup we've ever had. Very easy to make in either a crockpot or stovetop. I've even made it vegan and its still pretty good.

Mmm. Super good. I use Better than Bouillon instead of chicken broth. You can take it in an interesting direction by adding chipotle peppers. Also, I browned the chicken, onions, and garlic first before putting it the slow cooker to give it a more carbon edge. Turned out sooo good.

So good! We added 100g of Parmesan instead of 50 and it was amazing! Best thing I had in a while! 👌

I skipped the flour and added a little cream cheese. it was FANTASTIC!! We ate it up, gonna add it to the crockpot rotation.

Outstanding flavors to my family and me. We enjoyed evey bite. It makes a lot but the left-overs are just as delicious. I served with crusty baggett slices and was simply indulgent. I will make this again, and a lot. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

Easy & it was great. I hope you have a huge crock pot. This dish is meant for a big crowd. I doubled the spinach (cause that's just how I roll) and I needed to add three cups of hot broth because my tortellini didn't have enough liquid to cook evenly. I'm thinking this would make a great Holiday dish made with leftover turkey? It's pretty when plated. Don't try to serve it as an appetizer -- it's too heavy for that. Loved it. Sent half of it next door to a family with 5 kids & still had plenty leftover for my family.
