This turned out good. Like some of the other reviewers, the sauce needed some thickening. I added some cornstarch and parmesan cheese. I also used additional seasonings on the chicken.

This was super tasty and I served it over rice. The only thing I'd do differently is thicken it somehow and add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Even my dad loved it

I really liked this. It was easy to prepare and went well with mashed potatoes. I deducted a star however because I believe it could have had more flavor, it was a little plain.

Very easy and tasty. My modification was that I pulled all the chicken out and set it aside. Then a made a roux with flower and earth balance (makes a nice healthy sub to butter). Then I slowly added the liquid from the crock pot to the roux to thicken it up. I added cream to desired consistency. I topped with Parmesan and served with linguine. The next time I make it I'm going to try using fresh tomatoes, thai basil, curry and coconut milk instead of cream.
