I think slow cooking the chicken breast gave the chicken a stringy-like texture and chicken thighs would have done much better. The flavor was delicious though.

Super yummy! Glad I read many of the previous reviews and thanks for the suggestions. I seasoned the chicken prior to adding to the crock pot; used a whole red pepper; used 8oz of cream cheese; more than 3T of parm. I saved the leftover sauce as it was too good to throw away. I’m planning to try it tossed with cooked pasta for lunch

Will definitely make this again. I didn't make rice with it but I probably will next time. I didn't have any red bell peppers and it still turned out good. My kid didn't like it but I did. I did listen to tips and added garlic powder and onion powder to the chicken. The sauce comes out more liquidy than expected. I may add more cream cheese next time and more parmesan cheese. But this was delicious either way. I added corn to mine because it sounded good and it was. I may try less water next time too.

Sooo goood. So creamy. Picky eater approved, so that’s a plus. I used regular cream of chicken because I couldn’t find low sodium. Lightly seasoned the chicken before. And cooked it for about 4 hrs on high. I added frozen veggies towards the end. Paired it with white rice. Came out perfect. Will definitely make it again.

Easy and tasty recipe but needs salt and pepper. Otherwise, I would make it again 🙂

Super yummy!! Wish I’d read the reviews first, because all the additional tips sound amazing!

Superb! I didn’t have cream cheese so left it out and added a 1/2 tsp of xanthum gum to thicken it. I used chicken thighs and only seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Next time I’ll shred the chicken and use the base for soup and enjoy it that way!

Seasoned the chicken before hand! Was delicious and ate leftovers for days! Served over white rice! Yum.

This was easy and good I added carrots but other than that followed the directions

I have made this many times and it always turns out great! The left overs are good the next day too!

I browned my boneless skinless chicken thighs in a cast iron skillet before placing in the crockpot. Used a whole red bell pepper, 8 oz of cream cheese, cup of Parmesan. A frozen bag of southwest veggies ( corn, black beans, broccoli, onions)

Beautifully delicious! And so easy to throw together. I added a bag of frozen peas and carrots for some nutritional effort..lol. I also seasoned the chicken breasts.

Read reviews so made according... Did 1 1/2 pkgs of ranch, a whole red bell pepper and a little less water. Also added some cayenne to the mixture for a little kick. Put cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds before putting in crock pot. Served over egg noodles (Also used regular cream of chicken, couldn't find low sodium) Turned out wonderful!!! This is SO easy! It's a keeper! Made numerous times...

I did 2 packets of ranch and also seasoned my chicken breast 6hrs on low and it’s absolutely amazing! 😭😍

Love, super easy. Great pop in while working meal. Okay if left slightly longer on low. I work 10 hr shifts. Was fine

Very good! Didn’t use red bell pepper, instead I seasoned the chicken with salt, black pepper and onion powder. It was a little spicy so next time I might not use black pepper. Other than that it was great

It was delicious. I made it without the peppers and had it over rice. Everyone loved it.

Super easy and incredibly delicious! I followed the recommendations to season the chicken before. I added half an onion (because it was in my fridge) and some minced garlic. Next time, I'll probably do without the onion. I cooked it on high for 5 hours and it was amazing! I could've gotten away with cooking it for a little less, but I decided to add broccoli at the last minute so that added about 45 more minutes. I served it over penne pasta. This will be a go-to recipe from now on. I'm looking forward to experimenting with different veggies and seasonings.

This turned out so good, I didn't even get a chance to snap a picture before it was eaten!! I did season my chicken first with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and added some onions and used chicken broth along with the water. I cooked on high for 5 hours instead of the recommended setting. The chicken naturally shredded and was so flavorful and tender, I served over white rice and it was a hit!!!

I doubled the recipe because of the amount of people I was feeding. I also added a chopped onion and used cream of celery because it is what I had on hand. I think this could use some vegetables (broccoli, peas, carrots). I served over brown rice. It was good!
