- 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- pasta (or rice)

Directions
- Put chicken, soup and salsa in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over everything.
- Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
- Shred chicken then add sour cream.
- Cook on high for 30 mins.
