I bought a great cut of meat corned beef brisket 4.58 lbs followed the recipe but it turned out tough. I cooked it on high for 4 hours I added broth on top of the veggies 1/2 up the brisket on m not sure what I did wrong. Disappointed the cut was 38.00 $
