I added a beer to the recipe. Turned out very well. Took a sample of the corn beef 😋

Awful! Carrots, potatoes and cabbage were all still crunchy and the corned beef was tough. Cooked EXACTLY to recipe. Cooked an additional hour on low and additional half hour on high, still crunchy. But good flavor🤷🏻♀️

It was the best corned beef and cabbage It was a long time cooking but all parts of the meal were done perfectly
