- 28 oz. Potatoes O'Brien (package of frozen, the one with onions and peppers)
- 14 oz. cream-style corn
- 1 carrot (large, chopped, I leaving this out because I don't like cooked carrots- it's up to you.)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheese (plus more for garnish)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- cheese (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
- bacon pieces (optional)
- green onions (optional)
