- 5 cloves garlic (small dice)
- 1/2 cup white wine (I use an unoaked French Chardonnay)
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. arrowroot (or Corn Starch)

Excellent. Had to substite dried shitkes for the fresh mushrooms, and I didn't have any leeks, so used extra onion.
