    The lime overpowers all the other ingredients including the chicken. Next time I will use a half of lime. Otherwise, this recipe has potential .

    This recipe is ok. Very happy with how the chicken was practically falling off the bone, but needed far more seasoning! Wouldn't recommend following instructions to put on a foil lined pan, chicken stuck to the foil. Would put light coating of oil or non-stick cooking spray and place chicken directly on that.

    The chicken was tender (I left it in the slow cooker for 4 ours) but it missed any taste.

    Super good. I thought I had chicken thighs in the fridge, but had 1/2 bone in breasts instead. My crockpot cooks hot so I cooked it on low for 3 hours, picked the chicken off the bones then shredded it. We made burritos with fresh salsa, avocado and sour cream. Yummy.

    Win! Halved recipe to meet my family's needs and used whole chicken legs that included thighs for heartier serving sizes. Opted to slow cook on low for 6 hours to forego oven step. (I choose slow cooker recipes is for the ease and one-step cooking). Chicken was moist and delicious!! Will definitely make again Served with Cauliflower Spanish "Rice" (search Yummly for recipe).
