- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I use sharp.)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano (Dried or ground.)
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (Optional for spicy. Adjust to taste.)
