Serving size is 1 1/2 cups for 415 calories. Actually managed to find tomatoes with hatch chilies in them. I sautéed up two jalapeños that I had that needed to be used. Followed all the directions exactly from there. OMG, so delicious. Obviously, there’s a reason why this has 76 5 star ratings. When I measured the spices all are rounded measures. We are going to keep this recipe forever. And we will share it with everyone. Try this what are you waiting for?

Delicious! My go to recipe for years. I make with half turkey and half beef and also use one can kidney beans and one can pinto beans. Made it for the first time with Rotel and it’s even better!

I’ve made this several times and it’s always a hit. Recently I made a vegan version of it as well for my sister in law and she loved it! I do like to add my beans in a little earlier than suggested but that’s just preference 😊

Always love this recipe and use it for my base. I sometimes add additional things like a bit of garlic powder and cayenne powder to add a little more spice to it. I'll probably throw in a bell popper chopped as well next time.

Moorish. The cacao was something I never would have thought of. Add a half a teaspoon of cinnamon & your ballin.

Absolutely fabulous! Everyone loves it! I added both onion powder and garlic powder while browning the meat to give it a bit of flavor and about a 1/4 of a cup more of broth.

pretty good, was missing an ingredient or two, and didnt have time to make in my slow cooker, so made in a pot. it was very similar to Wendy's chili.

My husband and I really enjoyed this Slow Cooker Chili entree. For the beans I used light red kidney beans and white kidney beans. I also used a large can of medium diced chilies, instead of the diced tomatoes w/chilies. For the meat, I used ground chicken and Italian turkey sausage. I did not add ground coriander since I didn't have it, but I now have it on my grocery list, since I will be making this again!

Spicy like we like it! I also added green peppers, diced carrots and sweet corn to one batch and was a big hit too. so now we have the original recipe and a bonus batch. Dipped fresh baked rolls into it and another time res quinoa tortilla chips were delicious as well

I made a few adjustments to the recipe and my boyfriend really seemed to like it the second time around

Chili was great. Me and my family had it with rice and cornbread. Also the next day with our bake potatoes. I added a little bit of season salt for a better taste.

This chili is the best I have ever made! Thank you, my family loves it. We make it often!

Great chili (and I make many). This one is a winner. Tangy, hearty, complex... in a good way. A definite one to try.

Chili was super good. Our grocery store only has the 19oz cans of kindney beans so my husband found there was too many beans so next time I will use one can. We subsituted a can of pasta sauce for 3 cans of tomato sauce and it still came out good. Used the cocoa powder and couldn't taste it! Making this a staple.

Made it twice so far, substituted dill for the coriander. One batch I kicked up with the hot/habanero diced tomato/chiles and a Carolina Reaper deseeded. Both turned out excellent! Also, instead of water or broth, I used coffee.
