Isn’t it always that you don’t have every ingredient? I did not have the Arrowroot. And will not simmer it for eight hours as the chicken is fried and leftover from the night before. I will simmer it for 2-3 hrs. But the GRAVY has a delicious flavor even minus the Arrowroot.
