- 4 whole chicken legs (each slashed four times on the skin side)

- 400 mL chicken stock (good quality, or a mix of white wine and stock)
- 85 grams green olives (stone-in, in extra virgin olive oil, drained weight)
- 2 tsp. clear honey
- 1 handful fresh flat leaf parsley
- Greek-style yogurt (to serve)
