- 1 chicken broth (carton, 32 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups carrots (diced)
- 1 1/2 cups celery (diced)
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup onion (diced)
- 1 rotisserie chicken (skinned and shredded – You can also add chicken breast and later on during the cooking process pull out and shred)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
