This is great and easy to make and travel with for the many pot lucks I do each month. This has become a favorite amongst my students and is often requested when I ask them what they want me to make. I changed it up a bit (depending on the crowd I'm feeding) I used Habanero in place of Jalapeno, and added a 1/4 tsp of smoked Paprika. I will continue to make this. Thank you for sharing.
