I used skinless chicken thighs instead of breast. It had a wonderful aroma and was a good comfort meal. Loved it! I also used 1/2 the amount of cardamom called for.

You might try draining some of liquid out of the diced tomatoes. I find canned tomatoes a bit watery

Very good. Didn't alter it. Nicely spiced but a little watery. New to the slow cooker so if anyone has ideas about how to stop that, I would appreciate it.
