Family pleaser! I made egg noodles as a side dish. I used boneless skinless thighs and did not cut up. The chicken fell apart and shredded, yum. I didn’t have celery so added frozen peas instead. I also used unsalted chicken stock instead of chicken soup and did not add the dried tyme since my poultry seasoning had thyme in it (I used a teaspoon of seasoning instead of quarter teaspoon to add flavor). To thicken the broth I stirred in some sour cream at the end.
