Delicious! Different from my average vegetable soup, and great for a cold day. The cinnamon gives just the right sweetness without tasting odd. I used great northern beans as I didn't have chick peas on hand, and served it with leftover biscuits for dipping. I will definitely make this again!

Really easy to make!! highly reccomend to put kidney beans in too; goes well with the chickpeas!! :)

This is the best chicken soup I've ever had!!!!!!! I make it and freeze it all the time!!!

I didn’t add any chickpeas and it turned out delicious!! I have never used cinnamon or lemon juice in a chicken soup but the flavours worked. as my first yummy recipe I am hooked to try more!

Made this for my first crockpot recipe and it was so yummy! Kept my chicken in chunks and only used 7 cups of broth because my pot didn’t have enough room. It was still delicious and I’m planning on making it again next week!
