- 1 Tbsp. ginger (lazy, or 1 cm piece of real ginger grated)
- 1/2 tsp. hot chilli powder (to 1)
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- salt (Grinding of, or more to your taste)
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 passata (small carton, 500)
- 4 chicken breasts (chopped, or a pack of diced chicken thigh)
- 200 grams spinach (chopped if you like, I leave mine whole)

turned out rich and delicious. I did add a TSP of sugar which helped take away acidity. was mold enough for the young ones too. would add more chilli spice for a more grown up hit of heat.

Very mild flavour. Recommend with Indian spiced roast potatoes and a cucumber and spiced natural yoghurt side. Also had some garlic nann bread. Nice with these combinations but bland without.

Turned out well added a bit more spice and some heat, Nice and simple and easy to add veg etc to. Second time we cooked it we added a small amount of natural yoghurt to make it creamy which worked well (:
