    I would use less enchilada sauce and add salt. Definitely need to add cilantro and cotija cheese on top.

    Delicious! I used salsa verde instead of enchilada sauce, and I used a halved jalapeño (which I removed before serving) instead of green chiles.

    Very easy to make! Adding cilantro, lime and tortilla chips once soup is served makes all the difference.

    Great recipe! Used large 28oz can of green enchilada sauce. Had to add a little flour at the end to thicken broth, but great recipe
