    Easy and tasty. instead of using small tortillas i used xl burrito tortillas. The main issue i had was with the amount of food this made. I adjusted to feed 8, and ended up with enough to feed myself, my husband, our 4 kids, my cousin who is staying with us...with enough leftover for lunches and probably dinner tomorrow. This makes a lot of food!
