- 375 mL curry sauce (spicy butter chicken, or one of your favourite homemade sauces, mine homemade sauce is a mild version!)
- 1 1/2 lb. potato (bag of Little, Company's Terrific Trio, halved, quartered if they are quite large.)
- 2 celery stalks (sliced thin)
- 2 onions (large, sliced thin)
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
