- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 12 lasagna noodles (uncooked, do not use no boil noodles)
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
