Will make again. I used extra potatoes and threw in some velveeta I had as well. Would be just as yummy without meat or with smoked sausage, chorizo or bacon!

Delicious this is the second time I have made this first time I diced the potatoes up pretty small this time I left them bigger much better also added some garlic

I put in a little more beef broth and it made it a little more runny so it could be put over rice or noodles but very good
