I will not make this recipe again. The broccoli was not cooked and was extremely crunchy which was my biggest turn off along with the fact that it is not creamy enough which this recipe is meant to be creamy not liquidy. This recipe would not be as bad with less sour cream, more cheese, and maybe more cream cheese for creaminess? I love cheddar broccoli soup, but not this specific recipe, try another!
