Tasty but frozen mixed vegetables were used in place of peas. Also, cooked rice separately as that it was "not" minute or basmati.

This was an easy recipe that takes little time. Most ingredients are usually in your kitchen already. I added a little larger quantities of the herbs and spices and did not find it hot. I also happened to have some hot Italian sausage and added three of those - cut into thick slices. They were a great addition.
We enjoyed this recipe and will make it again.
